These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and Magnum188. They govern all access to and use of the Platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, sports betting, bonuses, and any other interaction with the Platform's services.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Definitions

In these Terms, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a User on the Magnum188 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by Magnum188 under specific promotions, subject to applicable wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot title, live dealer game, arcade game, or crash-style game made available on the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required of all Users before the first withdrawal is processed, and at any point where the Platform deems verification necessary.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transaction currency of the Platform for Malaysian users.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on Magnum188, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

1. You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. Magnum188 enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities on the Platform, consistent with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards. Age will be verified through KYC documentation.
3. You must be legally permitted to access online gambling services under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of use. Malaysian users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their personal circumstances.
4. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction is a Prohibited Jurisdiction prior to registering.
5. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether voluntarily requested through the Platform or imposed under the terms of these Terms.
6. You must not be acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, any third party in connection with your Account or any bets placed.

Magnum188 reserves the absolute right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any Account where eligibility conditions are not satisfied, without obligation to provide detailed reasons, subject to the return of any verifiable real-money deposits less applicable processing costs.

Account Registration & Security

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single User ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

When completing the registration form, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password).
• Ensuring that no third party accesses your Account, whether with or without your knowledge or consent.
• All activity conducted through your Account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.
• Notifying Magnum188 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

Magnum188 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support.

KYC Verification

All Users are required to complete KYC identity verification before processing their first withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes a valid national identity document (Malaysian users may submit their MyKad), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Additional documentation may be requested at Magnum188's discretion in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

Deposits & Payments

Magnum188 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian users: GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC). The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time without prior notice.

All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing instrument is registered to a person other than the Account holder — are strictly prohibited. Detection of third-party deposits will result in the immediate suspension of the Account pending investigation.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The minimum deposit via most e-wallets (GrabPay, Touch 'n Go, Boost) and FPX bank transfer is RM 30. Cryptocurrency deposit minimums are set in fiat-equivalent terms and published on the Deposits page.

Magnum188 does not charge internal deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees or currency conversion charges, for which Magnum188 accepts no liability. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction for cryptocurrency deposits.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified Account holders who have met all applicable conditions, including completion of KYC, satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds, and compliance with these Terms.

Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. Magnum188 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit source as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

Processing Times

• E-wallets (GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost): Typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval, available 24/7.
• Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong via DuitNow/FPX): Typically processed within 1–3 business hours during operating hours.
• Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC): On-chain confirmations typically complete within 15–60 minutes, subject to network congestion.

Magnum188 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of enhanced due diligence, which may include additional KYC documentation, source-of-funds verification, or other compliance-related inquiries. Users will be notified when such a review is initiated.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily/monthly withdrawal limits are published on the Withdrawals page and may be adjusted from time to time. VIP tier status may affect applicable withdrawal limits.

Bonuses & Promotions

Magnum188 offers various promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP programme benefits. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms where applicable.

The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Account holders only. Magnum188 reserves the right to restrict or withdraw any promotional offer from any Account at any time.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each specific promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus Funds that remain unconverted at the expiry of their validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• Unless specified, bonus wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots may contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are published in the bonus terms.
• Promotional offers may not be combined unless expressly permitted. Only one welcome bonus is available per Account, household, IP address, or payment instrument.
• Any indication of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using shared payment methods across accounts, or placing opposing bets to guarantee outcomes — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account closure.

The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus (up to MYR 688) and VIP Programme benefits are subject to their own specific terms published on the relevant promotional pages.

Betting Rules

All Sports Bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. General betting rules that apply to all Sports Bets include the following:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Platform. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the time of placing a bet and may vary by market and Account status.
• Magnum188 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: palpable errors in odds setting, data feed failures, evidence of match manipulation, or where bets have been placed on events whose outcome was known at the time of placement.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the continuation of live data feeds and Platform availability. Magnum188 accepts no liability for interruptions to live betting services caused by technical failures or data feed outages.
• Mix Parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single bet. All selections within a parlay must win for the bet to be settled as a winner. Rules regarding voided legs within a parlay are published in the Sports Betting rules section.
• Settlement of bets will be based on official results as declared by the relevant sporting authority. In cases of dispute, Magnum188's determination of the applicable result is final.

Casino games are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each title. All game outcomes are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Magnum188 accepts no liability for errors caused by software malfunctions in third-party game titles; in such cases, affected bets will typically be voided and stakes returned.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Magnum188 Platform. Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit any aspect of the games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including credit card fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Placing bets with knowledge of a predetermined or corrupted outcome (matched betting on corrupted markets, insider information on sporting events).
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, dealers, or Platform staff.
• Attempting to launder money through the Platform, whether by depositing proceeds of crime or structuring transactions to evade reporting obligations.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening any member of Magnum188's support or operational team.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Magnum188 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, source code, databases, graphics, trademarks, logos, text content, and the "Magnum188" brand name — are owned by or licensed to Magnum188 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights in respect of the Platform's intellectual property are granted.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any intellectual property of Magnum188 without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of Magnum188's intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Magnum188 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if Magnum188 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Magnum188's aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Magnum188 targets 99.9% platform uptime, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Magnum188's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Responsible Gambling

Magnum188 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining recreational activity. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can develop into a problematic behaviour, and we take our obligations in this regard seriously.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Account holders through the Platform dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and can only be reduced without a cooling-off period; increases require a waiting period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set maximum session duration reminders to help manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a voluntary self-exclusion period (minimum 30 days, up to permanent exclusion) during which the Account will be suspended and the User will be prevented from creating new accounts on the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent in the current session.

Account Suspension & Termination

Magnum188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Detection of multi-accounting or other prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed payment from a payment provider.
• Regulatory, compliance, or licensing obligations.

Upon Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, Magnum188 reserves the right to withhold any remaining Balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Balances confirmed as legitimate real-money funds will be returned to the Account holder's verified payment method less any applicable costs, unless forfeiture is warranted under these Terms.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting Magnum188 support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements or pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure request.

Amendments to These Terms

Magnum188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Account holders by email notification or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates. Magnum188 accepts no liability for a User's failure to review updated Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Magnum188 holds its operating licence. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and local laws in your jurisdiction (including Malaysian law), you are solely responsible for determining and complying with any applicable local legal obligations.

Magnum188 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently. In the first instance, any dispute should be raised with Magnum188 customer support. The support team will acknowledge the dispute within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 days of receipt of all relevant information.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body under Magnum188's operating licence terms. Details of the applicable escalation mechanism are available from the support team upon request.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
